How long does delivery take?
Orders arrive at US addresses in 7–15 business days, with tracking included.

How much does shipping cost?
A flat $4.95 per order — and it’s free on US orders over $50.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at this time. We currently ship to US addresses only.

How do I track my order?
Your tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. See our Track Your Order page for full details.

Returns & refunds

What’s your return policy?
7 days. If you’re not happy with your purchase, email pleevashop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to start a return.

How do I start a return?
Email us with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll reply within 12 hours with the next steps.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

What do you sell?
A small, curated range of clever everyday products — currently five items across kitchen, home, and personal care, from $19.99 to $34.99.

Are products exactly as described?
We describe every product based on our supplier’s specifications. If something arrives not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right under our return policy.

Will you add more products?
We keep our catalog small on purpose and add new finds selectively. Check back — or watch this space.
